MC2 SERIES VACUUM GENERATOR COMPLETE COMPACT AND LIGHTWEIGHT UNIT
The MC2 is a complete package for factory automation. The MC2 is perfect for high speed pick-and-place in semi-conductor or electronic manufacturing. The MC2 has integrated vacuum generating and blow-off release pilot valves to maximize speed which is necessary for high speed pick-and-place. The small foot print and lightweight body allows the unit to be located close to the suction cup for maximum performance. The MC2 has additional features; regulating blow-off needle, 37 micron mesh filter, and a sensor platform for vacuum confirmation. The MC2 can be assembled into a maximum 8 station manifold. The vacuum flow rates are from 0.2 SCFM to 0.77 SCFM. The unit can be ordered normally open or normally closed.
