| DEFINITION
Switch Point
output setting is the pressure point that activates or deactivates the
NPN or PNP output signals. Again, the behavior of the switch
point output depends on the output mode selected in step 2 (Hysteresis
or Window comparator mode). |

| PROGRAMMING
PROCEDURE OUTPUT 1 SWITCH POINT HYSTERESIS MODE
The switch point is the pressure point that
activates the output signals "NPN/PNP" to turn "ON"
or "OFF". To program the switch point of OUTPUT 1, press the
"Mode" key one time (the number "1" will appear on
the display) and wait 3 seconds. If Hysteresis mode was
previously selected, "H-1" and a factory set value will
alternate on the display. This is the switch point value of the
output signal. Press the "Arrow Up" or "Arrow
Down" key to change the switch point value. The display will
continue to alternate this setup until the "Mode" key is
pressed one time to enter and store this value. The programming
sequence defaults to the hysteresis setting "h-1" and a
factory set value alternating on the display. The hysteresis is a
value "h-1" to control the output signal below
the switch point "H-1/H-2" of the output. Press the
"Arrow Up" or "Arrow Down" key to change the
hysteresis value. The display will continue to alternate this
setup until the "Mode" key is pressed one time to enter and
store this value. The word "End" will appear signifying
the completion of the programming sequence. |

OUTPUT 2 SWITCH POINT HYSTERESIS MODE
To program the switch point of OUTPUT 2, press the
"Mode" key 3 times (the number "3" will appear on
the display), and wait 3 seconds. "H-2" and
"h-2" will appear on the display for these settings.
Repeat the procedure for OUTPUT 1 above. |

OUTPUT 1 & 2 SWITCH
POINT WINDOW COMPARATOR MODE
The programming procedure for the Window
Comparator Mode is identical to the hysteresis mode, with one
exception. The alternating display codes will be
"A-1,A-2" (low value) and "B-1,B-2" (high value) for
the respective OUTPUTS 1 and 2. |
